Fitness( फिटनेस ) - fitness wo hoti hai jo us aadmi ko bakiyo se alg bnati hai. Fitness se juda huwa aadmi bimariyo se dur rhta hai. Fitness aadmi ko mentally or physically dono hi trh se fit or healthy bnati haii. Fitness bhot jada important hai.
Why fitness is important - fitnees aapki health ki trh hai jese aapki health achi hona important hai wese hi fitness important hai. Fitness is like a life(yeh hamri zindgi ki trh hai). Fit rahege toh utna ache se hr kaam kr skege Or life ko enjoy kr skege.
How to be fit - bhot saare options hai fit rhnee k liye jese unme se kuch option yeh hai -
1- Exercise
2- gym
3- yoga
4- Running
5- walking
6- dancing
7- dieting
8- rest
9- sleep .
Yeh sbhi jo options hai inka use krk hum fit rh skte hai. Aap log b in sbhi options main se jo aapko shi lgta hai, uska use jrur krre fit rhne k liye. Qki lambi umr k liye fit rhna bhot jruri hai so be fit with my ideas.
Why people ignore fitness?
Pta nhi log fitness ko Q ignore krte hai. Smj skte hai sbhi apni life main busy hotey hai, job krte hai, pdayi krte hai, ghr ka kaam krte hai, khna khate hai but fitness ko chod dete hai. Jbki yeh sb kaam hum kyu krte hai taki hmari life ache rhe. Hum pdayi krte hai taaki job mil jaye. Job krte hai taaki hum apni sbhi problm ko solve kr ske mnn psnd chij khrid ske. Yeh sb kaam hum future k liye krte hai.
Lekin jb hmri fitness hmri health pr dhyaan nhi denge toh future ka kya fyda.... Bimar padege toh saara jma kiya paisa usme lg jayega or sb kuch khtm..... Esliye jese hum hr chij pr focus krte hai wese hi fitness pr b focus krna chahiye taki future acha rhe..
Acha khyege toh health rhege esliye fitness pr dhyaan jrur dee.
