Cutting Or bulking? 

Cutting: bhot saare logo ko nhi pta hota hai ki cutting kya hoti hai. Toh aaj main aapko cutting k baare main btata hu.... Cutting wo toh krte hai jo log fitness main ya gym se body bnana chahte hai or unhone bhot weight gain kr liya hota hai or muscle mass gain kr liya hota hai.... Ab wo log body ko lean krne k liye ya abs paane k liye cutting period main jaate hai jisse unki muscle bhot jada visible ho. Cutting krne se phle gaining krni pdti hai fr cutting ka fyda hota hai... Hum ek saal main 2-3 baar cutting kr skte hai... Cutting krna muscle gain krne se easy hota hai..... Agr hum diet ko calories deficit main daal de toh jldi hi body cutting krne lgti hai.... 


Bulking: jo log bhot jada skinny ya bhot jada ptle hotey hai unhe phle body ka weight or muscle mass gain krne k liye phle bulking krni pdti hai... Bulking krna bhot slow process hota hai ... Isme cutting se jada time lgta hai.... Bulk krne k liye diet plan ko calories surplus main dalna pdta hai..... Ek time k baad gaining hota ruk jata hai fr humko calories ko bdana pdta hai or jitna bulk chahiye hota hai utna calories bdte rhte hai.... Bulking B saal main 2-3 baar kr skte hai... 

    

                   Hmari body ko muscle gain krne k liye cutting Or bulking period main dalna hota hai.... Lmbe tym tk cutting hi krne se ek time k baad muscle gain hona ruk jati hai esliye fr bulking period main jate hai or gain krk fr cut krte hai...... Bodybuilding se jude log B yhi krte hai.... 




Tips: har 2-3 month main cutting Or bulking period main jana chahiye es se aapka muscle mass jldi grow krega....
